The Ocean Spray Trinket Box and Tea Light Holder - Tutorial - Peyote

The Ocean Spray Trinket Box will take a while to create but it is so worth the time. It is a perfect way to give a gift this Christmas as it does not necessarily need wrapping and it can be reused as an LED Tealight holder! The particular beads chose for this tutorial mean that an LED Tealight placed inside the box will give off a pretty war glow if you use the candle tea light but will be much brighter with a white tea light.
The tutorial provides step by step instructions, with very clear colour photographs for this box. You can bead it in any colour way you choose. If you've never beaded a box, don't worry - every step is included in this tutorial!

This ornament is approximately 7.5cm/3" in height and 6cm/2.5” when finished.

I would advise this is an Expert beading tutorial. I am confident that an Advanced beader, looking for something a little challenging, will also be able to accomplish this tutorial as I have included as many helpful hints and tips as I can. Also, I am here to help for those of you trying to tackle something a little more difficult!
You should be comfortable working in component form, peyote, circular peyote, and starting and ending new threads. You will need to be able to follow a colour graph, although a word chart is also included.
