Blossom Star beading tutorial

The Blossom star was inspired by the flower pattern of the Chinese Pagoda Trinket Box. This star also includes the integral support pattern. It is not complicated but creates a more defined star shape which is therefore much lighter when finished. It is also a wonderful way to use tiny quantities of beads from stock as you can change the colours of the flowers...
The tutorial provides step by step instructions, with very clear colour photographs for this star. You can bead it in any colour way you choose as the pattern is based on a warped peyote square, the little flowers are a perfect opportunity to use up tiny amounts of left over Delica Beads. The choice is yours! If you've never beaded a warped square or a star, don't worry - every step is included in this tutorial! It is designed to be suspended as an ornament for a Christmas tree.

This ornament is approximately 3"/7.5cm from point to point when finished.
The tutorial is comprehensive and clear - 12 pages, 18 steps and 36 clear colour photographs!
I would advise this is an Advanced beading tutorial. I am confident that an intermediate beader, looking for something a little challenging, will also be able to accomplish this tutorial as I have included as many helpful hints and tips as I can. There is a video on my Youtube Channel for the warped star and I am here to help for those of you trying to tackle something a little more difficult!
You should be comfortable working in component form, peyote, circular peyote, and starting and ending new threads.
