The Sunrise Trinket Box is wonderfully sturdy with very sharp edges. This tutorial was designed to show you how to incorporate crystals in a Peyote design. There are endless colour ways this design could be created in. It is a really pretty trinket box that could also be used as a gift box for a very special gift - no need for additional wrapping paper and ribbons - a gift that potentially could contain a gift.
The tutorial provides step by step instructions, with very clear colour photographs for this box. You can bead it in any colour way you choose. You could also utilise small amounts of left over beads from your stash (for the seedbeds and gold beads). The choice is yours! If you've never beaded a box, don't worry - every step is included in this tutorial!

This ornament is approximately 3cm/1.25" in height and 6cm/2.5” in diameter when finished.
The tutorial is comprehensive and clear - 22 pages, 27 steps and 65 clear colour photographs.
I would advise this is an Expert beading tutorial. I am confident that an Advanced beader, looking for something a little challenging, will also be able to accomplish this tutorial as I have included as many helpful hints and tips as I can. Also, I am here to help for those of you trying to tackle something a little more difficult!
You should be comfortable working in peyote, circular peyote, increasing and decreasing in peyote, cubic right angle weave (CRAW), and starting and ending new threads.
