The Heavenly Vault - Tutorial - Peyote
The Heavenly Vault is my first beaded box! I have always wanted to create a box without the 'edges' that are usually needed to create a traditional box design. I also wanted to create a beaded piece that was fun and incorporated movement - yet was still a 'box' - and still accessible to most levels of beaders. If you are familiar with peyote, warped squares and triangles I am sure you will find this tutorial a fun challenge. Many patterns are available for warped squares and triangles so the possibilities are endless with this design - all you need is the 'key' ;)
The tutorial provides step by step instructions, with clear colour photographs to guide you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS IS A BEADED ORNAMENT AND NOT A TOY!
The finished ornament is approximately 9cm/3.55" in diameter and 6cm/2.4" in height.
PLEASE NOTE: The Adobe PDF file will be forwarded attached to a personal email from me, within 24 business hours - usually it is much quicker! The file size is approximately 9.5MB.
The tutorial is comprehensive and clear - 31 pages, 56 steps and 111 clear colour photographs!
This is an Advanced beading tutorial. I am confident that an Intermediate beader, looking for something more challenging, will also be able to accomplish this tutorial as I have included as many helpful hints and tips as I can. Also, I am here to help for those of you trying to tackle something a little more difficult!
You should be comfortable working in component form, peyote and starting and ending new threads. Please bear in mind that this tutorial is not a 'quick' make - and will require patience and time to complete successfully! I can assure you that every bead stitched is VERY worth the outcome! ...
If you would like advice on the quantity of beads required to make the Heavenly Vault, before purchasing, please do feel free to get in touch.

You may make one or two Ornaments to sell if you wish but please make sure you acknowledge the Designer.
