The Windmill Trinket Box has a unique folding lid. You can find a video of it on my Facebook Page. It will take a while to create and patience but the end result is unique. It is a perfect way to give a gift at Christmas, or for any other special occasion, as it does not necessarily need wrapping and it can be reused as a Trinket Box afterwards.

The tutorial provides step by step instructions, with very clear colour photographs for this box. You can bead it in any colour way you choose. If you've never beaded a box, don't worry - every step is included in this tutorial!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS IS A BEADED ORNAMENT AND NOT A TOY!

This ornament is approximately 7.5cm/3" in height and 6cm/2.5” when finished.

The tutorial is comprehensive and clear - 23 pages, 15 steps and 54 clear colour photographs. Two picture and word charts are also included.

I would advise this is an Expert beading tutorial. I am confident that an Advanced beader, looking for something a little challenging, will also be able to accomplish this tutorial as I have included as many helpful hints and tips as I can. Also, I am here to help for those of you trying to tackle something a little more difficult!

You should be comfortable working in component form, peyote, circular peyote, brick stitch and starting and ending new threads. You will need to be able to follow a colour graph, although a word chart is also included.

If you would like advice on the quantity of beads required to make the Windmill Trinket Box please do feel free to get in touch.
